Terms of Sale & Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this site, placing an individual deck order, or submitting a B2B wholesale bulk request for Tidal Quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, dive shop, resort, or club, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. B2B Wholesale Order Flow & Quotes

All wholesale order requests submitted via our B2B order portal serve as formal inquiries and requests for tier pricing. Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a finalized purchase agreement until:

• We issue a formal Proforma Invoice or order confirmation details via email.
• Payment is received in full via Wise / Direct Wire Transfer or verified Stripe invoice link.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

We reserve the right to modify package pricing or tier structures prior to issuing formal order invoices. For B2B wholesale orders, dispatch is scheduled only upon receipt of cleared funds.

4. Shipping, Customs & Duties

We ship internationally to dive centers, retail stockists, and individuals worldwide:

• Estimated dispatch times and tracking identifiers will be provided upon shipment release.
• Import Duties & Taxes: Recipients (B2B buyers and retail customers) are responsible for any local import customs, VAT, or tariffs levied by destination authorities.

5. Returns, Damages & Replacements

Due to the limited-edition nature of our collector decks and wholesale packaging:

• Damaged Shipments: Claims for transit damage must be submitted to contact@tidal-quest.com within 7 business days of parcel receipt, accompanied by photos of damaged unopened exterior packaging and goods.
• Approved transit-damaged units will be replaced or credited toward future orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All game concepts, card architecture, rules systems, logo assets, graphic layouts, and typography contained within Tidal Quest remain the exclusive intellectual property of Oceanic Card Decks. Re-printing, copying, or unauthorized digital distribution of card artwork or rulebooks is strictly prohibited.
